RESET: We are not defenseless

When it comes to anxiety and worry, we are not as defenseless as we think. If we want God results, we’ve got to do it God’s way. If we want the Godly outcomes of success, we’ve got to use the weaponry, the resources that God provides.

Anxiousness and worry takes effort, it is work! That effort makes us feel like we are working on our problems, but really, we are wasting time trying to control things that are not in our power to do so.

Contrarily, faith takes trust. It takes work as well, but it feels like we are flaky, doing nothing to contribute to a solution. In reality, we are handing over something to God that we were never designed to carry! Let’s figure out how to truly cast our cares upon Jesus this week.
